0165(2)(b) In the Livingroom and Diningroom, there were windows that had the blons pulled up. The cords were hanging down and capable of forming a loop and accessible to children. 0165(2)(c) In the Livingroom, there were 2 lamps. 1 of which was unplugged with the cord accessible to children, the other lamp had a cord strung accross to the outlet accessble to the children. 0165(3)(a) A piece of plywood accessble to children in the outdoor area on the ground. 0165(3)(e) In the outdoor licensed pay area, there was a large hole in the dirt accessible to the children that can pose a tripping hazard. 0165(4)(c) In the living room there was a free standing lamp that was not attached or secured to prevent tipping
